Shipping in the EU and Norway

Orders ship via DPD or Post NL. Delivery time can range from 2 to 5 business days once your order ships. Please note orders to Malta, Cyprus and other European islands can take 1-2 weeks.

No additional taxes or duties will be charged beyond the total on your final invoice. VAT is included in prices listed. 

Please note that we are unable to ship Undressed or Lift to Norway due to airline safety regulations for combustible ingredients.

We offer free shipping on all orders over a minimum that varies per country. Orders for less than that amount will be charged a flat fee based on your country as shown in checkout.

Orders that include a subscription item will ship for free.

Orders take up to 1 business day to be processed at our warehouse. You can expect your order to ship 1 business day after it is placed.

Please note that orders can not be changed or canceled after having been placed.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays from the carrier. Missing or damaged orders are eligible for a replacement within 60 days of purchase.

We do not ship to Åland Islands, Andorra, French Guiana, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Kosovo, Martinique, Mayotte, Montenegro, Réunion, San Marino, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre & Miquelon, and Vatican City.

Shipping in Switzerland 

Swiss orders ship via Swiss Post on Post Pac Priority service. Delivery time can range from 2 to 3 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over 65 CHF.

Orders for less than that amount will be charged a flat fee of 8.75 CHF, as shown at checkout.
